摘要: Fish interferon (IFN) was found in cultured medium of a flatfish lymphocytes cell line immortalized by oncogene transfection. The IFN purified DEAE-Toyopearl and WGA agarose affinity chromatography from the cell. protein glycoprotein about 16kDa cDNA which codes cloned. encodes 138 amino acids including signal peptide. fused to SRα promoter shown direct synthesis secretion active COS-1 cells.
