摘要: In medical diagnosis based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS), it is a general method to use max–min composition relations between the symptoms and diseases. The method, however, has been known lead quite conservative results loss of information because neglects most values except for extreme ones. To complement shortcomings composition, other measurements such as similarity distance IFS have gained attention an important content in mathematics from researchers. However, methods also some drawbacks that they provide unclear diagnosis. For example, distances each disease do not generally same distribution. Therefore, there difference 0.25 A B. addition, would be very small. It can therefore inferred no definite diagnostic criteria. solve problems, we propose new approach Hamming this study. approach, directly but distributional characteristics quantiles p-values measure explore potential utilization present simulation results. was applied differentiate patients according three main types primary headaches: migraine, tension cluster headache. result indicates possible classify headache using proposed method.
