摘要: We investigate the mode of action and classification antibiotic agents (ceftazidime, patulin, epigallocatechin gallate; EGCG) on Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) biofilm using Raman spectroscopy with multivariate analysis, including support vector machine (SVM) principal component analysis (PCA). This method allows for quantitative, label-free, non-invasive rapid monitoring biochemical changes in complex matrices high sensitivity specificity. In this study, biofilms were grown treated various microfluidic device, then transferred onto gold-coated substrates measurement. Here, we show properties, technology can be used to distinguish between induced P. three agents. The band intensities associated DNA proteins decreased, compared control biofilms, when antibiotics. Unlike exposure ceftazidime spectrum exposed EGCG showed a shift spectral position CH deformation stretch from 1313 cm−1 1333 cm−1, there was no difference intensity at 1530 (C = C stretching, carotenoids). PCA-SVM results that antibiotic-treated detected 93.33%, specificity 100% an accuracy 98.33%. also discriminated based cellular structural by antibiotics 100%. study suggests is potentially useful identification clinically-relevant bacteria biofilm. Furthermore, could powerful approach development screening new
