摘要: River discharge variations play a pivotal role in global water and biogeochemical cycles can impact the world's agro-economics. Here, associated with Central Pacific Eastern types of El Nino are contrasted for thirty largest rivers. Maps constructed to identify rivers that produce opposite-sign (i.e., asymmetric response (AR)) or same-sign symmetric (SR)) these two Nino. The mapping shows strongest AR occurs North American whereas SR Murray Australia Danube Europe. Rivers Asia Africa vary their patterns depending on phase (developing, mature decaying) linked precipitation within river basins. presented offers an overview which may need new projection techniques management strategies changes type during recent decades.
