摘要: Abstract Four women are presented who, after uneventful pregnancy and delivery, developed hypertension renal failure accompanied by hemolytic anemia thrombocytopenia. In 2 of the patients disease appeared within days delivery in remaining an interval several months. All died uremia at autopsy showed fibrinoid necrosis thrombosis arterioles thickening glomerular capillaries. scattered arteriolar lesions were also found other organs. It is believed that was caused deposition fibrin or fibrinogen derivatives walls lumina affected vessels (thrombotic microangiopathy). The similarity between hemolytic-uremic syndrome present cases pointed out their relation to generalized Shwartzman phenomenon discussed briefly.
