摘要: Neurotoxicity and hypertension are typical side-effects of cyclosporine A. In bone-marrow transplantation using 1 A for immunosuppression the onset neurotoxicity2 hypertension2 had been correlated with hypomagnesemia. We therefore studied differences in serum magnesium urinary excretion both azathioprine/prednisone immunosuppressed renal transplant patients, respectively.
