摘要: A number of common freshwater molluscs were exposed to Fasciola hepatica miracidia labelled in vivo with radioselenium. Radioactivity was rapidly incorporated all lymnaeid species tested (L. stagnalis, L. tomentosa and truncatula) whereas no radioactivity could be demonstrated non-lymnaeid pulmonate (Aplexa hypnorum, Physa acuta, fontinalis, Anisus vortex, Gyraulus albus Planorbis planorbis) or the prosobranchs Valvata cristata piscinalis. However, Bithynia leachii, tentaculata Potamopyrgus jenkinsi showed a slow but significant uptake which presumably explained by through 'filter-feeding' mechanism. Sphaerium corneum, true filter-feeder, similar course radioactivity.
