摘要: This paper presents a formulation of time phased transmission expansion model which has the capability to reschedule generator outputs within framework DC load flow model. facilitates rescheduling line power pattern accommodate any structural changes network during optimisation process, and also eliminate need prespecify future active injection system. The operational limit lines is determined by their respective thermal ratings, rather than phase angle difference constraint. allows effective carrying capacity parallel connected circuits be more accurately accounted for. developed as mixed integer programming problem. solution scheme an iterative process seeks overloads in proposed plan most economic way possible.
