Particle-mediated transformation of soybean plants and lines

摘要: A method and apparatus is disclosed for the genetic transformation of soybean plants plant lines by particle mediated transformation. Foreign genes are introduced into regenerable tissues coating on carrier particles which physically accelerated tissues. The treated then recovered regenerated whole sexually mature plants. progeny from seed set these a portion will contain in their genome foreign gene. procedure may be used to create novel genetically engineered lines.
