摘要: Pel E, one of the four major pectate lyases produced by Erwinia chrysanthemi (Echr) strain EC16, was purified to homogeneity and found have an apparent molecular weight 47 500 a pI 10. Antibodies against this preparation inhibited E activity, but did not affect A, B or C activities. Immunotitration revealed that accounted for fraction total extracellular activity ranging from 40–60% in culture potato tuber tissue.
