摘要: Magnetic induction (MI) has shown a great potential for underwater communications due to its immunity acoustic noise and low latency. However, the transmission distance of MI is limited since magnetic field attenuates very fast in near field. In this work, magneto inductive antenna design studied achieve two modes operation: 1) static quasi omni-directional coupling; 2) dynamic rotation coupling. A procedure described define strength field, bandwidth (BW) path loss (PL) communication link. Both are simulated corresponding configurations described. The proposed three coils separated between each other by 120 degrees. have radius 5 cm length 8 cm. simulation results illustrate how can provide an coupling more directional performance mode. mode, simulations also confirmed that be controllable changing phases input currents.
