摘要: The long non-coding (lnc) RNA activated by small nucleolar host gene 16 (SNHG16), which has been reported to play a vital role in number of different types cancer, is novel lncRNA. However, following an osteosarcoma (OS) study, the expression pattern, biological roles, clinical values and potential molecular mechanism SNHG16 remain unclear. In current we aimed examine its possible function (OS). Cell proliferation was measured colony formation assay Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) vitro, xenograft transplantation vivo. Meanwhile, used transwell chambers test cell migration invasion evaluated. cycle apoptosis evaluated flow cytometry assay. Immunoblotting qPCR analysis carried out detect protein expression, respectively. Luciferase reporter predict downstream genes. present study demonstrated that highly expressed both tissues patients with OS, as well OS lines, level positively correlated stage poor overall survival. Functional assays revealed depletion inhibits growth, progression promotes vivo vitro. addition, microRNA-1285-3p levels can be decreased acting ‘sponge’, this pathway takes part tumor growth vivo, proliferation, invasion, results from demonstrate lncRNA progression, might exert oncogenic ceRNA miR-1285-3p, it may become target therapy.
