摘要: Abstract Current and lifetime psychiatric diagnoses were compared in 229 female patients seeking treatment for current episodes of anorexia nervosa (N = 41), bulimia 98) mixed 90). All subjects interviewed with the Schedule Affective Disorders Schizophrenia-Lifetime Version, which was modified to include a section DSM-III -R eating disorders, Longitudinal Interval Follow-up Evaluation, Structured Interview Personality Disorders. Seventy-three percent subjects, 60% 82% had comorbid Axis I diagnosis. Major depression most commonly diagnosed disorder. Low rates alcohol substances abuse disorder diagnosed, personality occurred minority sample. The manifested higher prevalence kleptomania than either anorexics or bulimics.
