摘要: Recently we presented several disk array architectures designed to increase the data rate and I/O of supercomputing applications, transaction processing, file systems [Patterson 88]. In this paper present a hardware performance measurement two these architectures, mirroring rotated parity. We see how throughput for is affected by response time requirements, request sizes, read write ratios. find that applications with large accesses, such as many parity far outperforms traditional architecture. For dominated small have higher per than architectures.
