摘要: The 2005 Academic Emergency Medicine Consensus Conference, "Ethical Conduct of Resuscitation Research," was designed with the goal developing consensus on important issues for human subjects and researchers surrounding 1996 federal regulations jointly published by Department Health Human Services Food Drug Administration known as Final Rule. These regulations, which guide conduct research using emergency exception from informed consent or waiver consent, have been subject much debate in resuscitation community. Therefore, editorial board chose this topic their annual conference. This report outlines methods individuals organizations were recruited to participate, how conference advertised, way participants nonparticipants encouraged communicate before after limitations potential biases these activities are also presented.
