摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses characteristics of a new camera tube with CdSe photoconductive target. It presents results an examination the materials for scanned surface layer and resulting vidicons including both 25 mm 18 tubes. In this study, was prepared by vapor deposition on to faceplate previously coated conducting transparent SnO 2 (NESA) film subsequent heat treatment. Then, converted CdSeO 3 (cadmium selenite) moderate oxidation. Both are referred as first in vapor-deposition procedure. Next, second deposited evaporation form double layer. The obtained study show that using double-layer target, it has been possible improve vidicon without degrading high sensitivity target is completely different from conventional type, because n-type underlayer heterojunction-type multilayer structure.
