摘要: This paper examines how to balance the tension between differing requirements of consumers and vendors in electronic commerce systems. It describes a conceptual information technology framework for enhancing Web-based shopping systems, suggests research vehicle studying effects such enhancements. Enhanced navigation capabilities are viewed as an intermediary dimension distinguishing products comparing products. Web flow is selected central construct study their effect, different antecedents consequences defined.
