摘要: Abstract Details of a top-seeded pulling procedure based on study defined powder synthesis KNbO 3 , revision the K 2 O-Nb O 5 phase diagram, — exchange between crystal and melt via gas description apparatus used are reported. Fe-doping, influencing oxygen deficiency by different means technology producing large, single domain samples discussed.
