摘要: In the Netherlands, active citizenship in context of urban regeneration deprived neighbourhoods seems to have evolved into ‘entrepreneurial citizenship’. The concept entrepreneurial combines top-down and bottom-up elements. National and/or local governments promote an ideal citizen with entrepreneurship skills competencies create more responsible citizens’ participation government-initiated arrangements.
