摘要: In the Netherlands, active citizenship in context of urban regeneration deprived neighbourhoods seems to have evolved into ‘entrepreneurial citizenship’. The concept entrepreneurial combines top-down and bottom-up elements. National and/or local governments promote an ideal citizen with entrepreneurship skills competencies create more responsible citizens’ participation government-initiated arrangements. At same time, behavioural practices from citizens who demand opportunities innovatively apply assets, skills, strategies collaboration other stakeholders are initiated achieve their goals societal-added value. aim this paper is better understand origins citizenship’, its meaning Dutch regeneration. To do this, we will review relevant international literature combine insights studies on governance, citizenship, social community neighbourhoods. We also analyse how can be locally observed Netherlands as reported literature.
