摘要: Homeobox genes comprise a super-family of evolutionarily conserved that play essential roles in controlling body plan specification and cell fate determination. Substantial evidence indicates leukemogenesis is driven by abnormal expression homeobox control hematopoiesis. In solid tumors, aberrant has been increasingly found to modulate diverse processes such as proliferation, death, metastasis, angiogenesis DNA repair. This review discusses how are deregulated tumors the functional significance this deregulation hallmarks cancer.
