Several clinical parameters evaluated. IFAT was performed to detect anti- T. antibodies. Presence of the parasite in semen evaluated by PCR bioassay techniques. Tissue parasitism examined using bioassays immunohistochemistry testicle epididymis fragments collected after orchiectomy. In samples from these two groups, presence verified PCR. detected tissues (testicle fragments) all six experimentally The -positive seminal used artificial insemination (AI) female free toxoplasmic infection. Seven days AI, presented serologic conversion (IFAT). Fetal reabsorption occurred dogs, while others sustained full-term gestation. cysts brains offspring.
