摘要: Abstract Lisuride hydrogen maleate induced stereotyped behaviour in normal as well reserpinized mice. It antagonized the motor depression and hypothermia by reserpine. On i.p. administration compound was about effective apomorphine D-amphetamine. As with contrast to D-amphetamine effects of lisuride mice were not impaired additional treatment α-methyl-p-tyrosine methylester. In untreated mice, substance very potent lowering body temperature significant measured after dosages low 0.10 mg/kg Occurrence could be prevented dopaminergic antagonist haloperidol. From these data it is concluded that addition its interaction serotoninergic systems a agonist probably direct action on receptors. Further arguments support such an are, biochemical data, serum prolactin effect rats, strong emetic dogs rat behaviour.
