摘要: Artificial metalloenzymes (ArMs) comprise a synthetic metal complex in protein scaffold. ArMs display performances combining those of both homogeneous catalysts and biocatalysts. Specifically, selectively catalyze non-natural reactions inspired by nature water under mild conditions. In the past few years, construction that possess genetically incorporated unnatural amino acid directed evolution have become great interest field. Additionally, biochemical applications steadily increased, owing to fact compartmentalization within scaffold allows remain functional sea inactivating biomolecules. this review, we present updates on: 1) newly reported ArMs, according their type reaction, 2) unique including chemoenzymatic cascades intracellular/in vivo catalysis. We believe potential as for organic synthesis chemical biology tools pharmaceutical applications.
