摘要: Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) is associated with atrophic changes in the structure and function of intestinal mucosa. Because rapidly renewing mucosal cells may require an external source purines pyrimidines for their optimal growth, it can be assumed that supplementation nucleosides a nucleotide mixture (OG-VI) during TPN prevent progression atrophy by compensating relatively insufficient delivery from liver. To test hypothesis, male Wistar rats receiving 7 days were divided into four groups according to different solutions. Group C (n = 10) received standard solution, group O OG-VI addition G glutamine-rich solution containing almost same amount calories nitrogen as solution.
