摘要: Water resources have been threatened by climate change, increasing population, land cover changes in watersheds, urban expansion, and intensive use of freshwater resources. Thus, it is critical to understand the sustainability security water This study aims how we can adequately efficiently quantify at both regional global scales with an indicator-based approach. A case South Korea was examined framework widely used human threats. We estimated threat local datasets, showing that index using data correlated for data. However, particularly poor associations were found investment benefit factors. Furthermore, several different aspects datasets as they relatively high spatial temporal resolution. For example, cropland percentage, population moderate surrogate indicators instead employing approximately 20 original indicators, presented a regression model able capture variations from some extent. finding implies would be possible predict or existing indicator future periods, although require regionally developed relationships between such indicators.
