摘要: The bacterial community structure of a fluidized-bed reactor fed by vinasses (wine distillation waste) was analyzed. After PCR amplification, four small-subunit (SSU) rDNA clone libraries Bacteria, Archaea, Procarya, and Eucarya populations were established. determined operational taxonomic unit (OTU) phylogenetic analyses 579 partial sequences (about 500 bp long). A total 146 OTUs found, comprising 133, 6, 7 from the domains, respectively. 117 OTU affiliated with major phyla: low-G+C gram-positive bacteria, Cytophaga-Flexibacter-Bacteroides, Proteobacteria, high-G+C Spirochaetes, where distribution 34, 26, 17, 4%, other 16 represent 13% clones. They either narrow phyla such as Planctomyces-Chlamydia, green nonsulfur or Synergistes, deeply branched on tree. large number are not closely related to any hitherto sequences. most frequent represents less than 5% SSU However, 20 more describe at least 50% these Three six Archaea correspond 95% population very similar already known methanogenic species: Methanosarcina barkeri, frisius, Methanobacterium formicicum. In contrast, three unusual thermophilic microorganisms Crenarchaea Thermoplasma spp. Five percent analyzed chimeras removed analysis.
