摘要: To gain a clear understanding of the mechanisms by which mycoplasmas induced expression proinflammatory cytokines in monocytic cells, we have studied induction interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), tumor necrosis factor alpha, and IL-6 three distinct human myelomonocytic cell lines comparison with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). HL-60 line did not release when either LPS or mycoplasmas. In contrast to LPS, failed increase weak levels alpha secreted phorbol myristate acetate-differentiated U937 cells. addition, Northern (RNA) blot analysis cytokine these cells showed that IL-1 involves, unlike posttranscriptional events. Interestingly, THP-1 pathways triggered remained operational under conditions where were abolished, suggesting functional independence. The study cytokine-inducing activity displayed fractions derived from series different mycoplasma species demonstrated lipid membrane constituents largely responsible for effects. Finally, tyrosine phosphorylation is crucial event mycoplasma-mediated monocytes.
