摘要: One-dimensional Ca2Gd8(SiO4)(6)O-2:Eu3+ microfibers and microbelts were fabricated by a simple cost-effective electrospinning method. X-ray diffraction (XRD). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), high-resolution (HRTEM), photoluminescence (PL), cathodoluminescence (CL) decay kinetics used to characterize the resulting samples. The diameters of annealed at 1000 degrees C in range 130-210 nm. width thickness 290-500 nm 110-160 nm, respectively. When samples excited ultraviolet (275 nm), intense red emission from Eu3+ ions was observed. charge transfer band broader than peak moved lower energy area. Under low-voltage beams (3-5 kV) excitation, also showed strong emission. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
