摘要: Thin films of Ti1?xFexO2?(x = 0 and 0.05) have been prepared on sapphire substrates by the spin-on technique starting from metal?organic precursors. When heat treated in air at 550 700??C respectively, these present pure anatase rutile structures as shown both x-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy. Optical absorption indicates a high degree transparency visible region. Such show very small magnetic moment 300?K. However, when are annealed vacuum 1 ? 10?5?Torr 500 600??C moment, 300?K, is strongly enhanced, reaching 0.46??B/Fe for sample 0.48??B/Fe one. The ferromagnetic Curie temperature samples above 350?K. reheated air, reduces strongly. data seem to indicate that oxygen defects created result annealing may be responsible observed ferromagnetism our samples.
