摘要: The study aimed to establish the short- and long-term effects of vibration on postural stability in young men. A single set exercises a 4-week training were assessed for their impact center foot pressure (COP) sway. sample consisted 49 male subjects randomly allocated seven comparative groups, six which exercised platform whose parameters individually groups. Group VII was control group. stabilographic signal recorded before test commenced, after application vibration, last training, immediately afterwards, as well one week month ended. exposed 3 times 4 weeks. Both had an effect all parameter values, but most changes statistically insignificant. III only where COP sway anterior-posterior direction significantly increased exposure decreased both medio-lateral planes compared with pre-test recordings.
