摘要: A technique for accelerating the development of tissue layers on fabrics implanted in bloodstream has been explored dogs and monkeys. Endothelial cell seeding with cells derived from endocardial surface atrium together an autogenous plasma coating was shown to accelerate organization fabric-covered devices adult primates. At same time, this appears simple rapid enough be practical a clinical setting. The results suggest that approach might useful prosthetic valves heart.
