摘要: Background NSQIP Risk Calculator was developed to allow surgeons inform their patients about individual risks for surgery. Its ability predict complication rates and length of stay (LOS) has made it an appealing tool both surgeons. However, the NSQIP been criticized its generality lack detail towards surgical subspecialties, including hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) We wish determine whether is predictive post-operative complications LOS with respect Whipple’s resections our patient population. As well, we identify strategies optimize early outcomes in pancreatic cancer.
