摘要: As society has developed, the role of women in labor market changed alongside changes division gender roles. Women have increasingly entered higher education and a variety different occupations. At same time, also begun to move up career ladder by their own ability, gradually achieving leadership roles that were dominated men past. still face many obstacles professional development, but influence continues expand. Whether at macro-social national level, or micro-family individual women’s status power greatly improved made unprecedented progress. are standing significant historical starting point taking steps toward better tomorrow.
