摘要: We assessed the role of vasopressin (VP) for hemodynamic response to pneumoperitoneum in pigs. Four groups anesthetized pigs were investigated. Nine intraabdominally insufflated with CO2 and eight argon; received an IV injection 1 mg/kg SR 49059, a VP antagonist, before insufflation; six 49059 alone. Hemodynamics, plasma concentrations vasoactive hormones, Paco2 measured. Data analyzed by using analysis variance, Student’s t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test. Five minutes after insufflation, changes systemic vascular resistance (SVR) significantly correlated (r 5 0.72; P 0.005) but not epinephrine, norepinephrine, renin activity, or Paco2. SVR increased during insufflation argon preceding infusion 49059. The itself resulted increases heart rate cardiac output decreases blood pressure SVR. conclude that, pigs, absorbed initiates pathophysiological process that stimulates release. Hence, most likely plays key CO2induced pneumoperitoneum. Implications: Intraabdominal is associated hormonal changes. Investigating argon-insufflated we found released vasopressin, which, turn, induced perturbances. (Anesth Analg 1999;89:278‐83)
