摘要: Objective: Retention of rural GPs is an increasing area concern and receiving considerable attention from the government, medical authorities media. This study aimed to examine potential for psychological interventions assist in retention through targeting their well-being. Design: GPs completed a questionnaire, including questions about level support practice, health (work-related morale distress, distress related specifically working general quality work life) intentions leave practice. Setting: Rural practices South Australia. Participants: One hundred eighty-seven GPs. Results: Results indicated that who were seriously considering leaving practice had higher work-related lower life. considered also reported having fewer colleagues with whom discuss professional issues.
