摘要: 'Wild', short-finned eels (Anguilla australis) taken from Lake Ellesmere. Canterbury, New Zealand, were' held in ponds and fed a proprietary brand of eel. After an initial period rejection the accepted feed. Over four-month feeding lipid content increased to 15 percent compared with maximum 12 for Ellesmere 8 river systems.
