摘要: In this study, Ti6Al4V alloy was produced via laser powder deposition (LPD). To obtain with maximum density, LPD parameters for preparing samples were optimized using the Taguchi method. Results analyzed on basis of signal-to-noise (S/N) ratios and analyses variance. A high energy density should be used to achieve higher levels densification. The optimal combination a scanning speed 550 mm/min, power 160 W, feeding rate 0.99 g/min, shield gas flow 8 L/min. An almost fully dense sample prepared process, relative greater than 99%. addition, microstructure properties by process investigated. investigation revealed that LPD-prepared predominantly composed fine acicular α phase lath-type phase. Tensile microhardness tests indicated had mechanical traditional cast because martensitic smaller grain size.
