摘要: This thesis presents an experimental study on the preparation and characterisation of p-n homojunction Cu2O nanowire solar cells. The investigated route starts with templated electrodeposition p-type nanowires. After dissolution template, free standing nanowires are left. Then a bottom layer is deposited final n-type fills voids forms junction. Nanowires were successfully deposited, however membrane was not successful; 40nm residual left, which resulted in impossibility to deposit layer.
