摘要: Endophytic fungi of 3 age classes (seeds, seedlings, and mature plants) 5 tissue (cotyledons, seed coats, roots, stems, leaves) coastal sand dune legumes Canavalia cathartica maritima were assessed by plating surface-sterilized segments on malt extract agar. Forty-six fungal taxa comprising 6 ascomycetes, 33 mitosporic fungi, 2 zygomycetes, sterile morphospecies recovered. There was no significant difference in the colonization frequency endophytes between plant species (p = 0.4098, Student's t test). Among classes, endophytic colonized over 90% seedlings plants. Similarly, among root, stem, leaf segments. Diversity richness higher C. than maritima. Rarefaction curves revealed a "higher expected number species" plants maritima, whereas it highest leaves both species. The most dominant endophyte, Chaetomium globosum, 50% root cathartica. globosum found to be 5%-12.5% seeds increased up 40%-64.4% or Halosarpheia sp. only marine fungus recovered endophytes.
