摘要: The construction industry needs to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. However, change is not readily embraced by the industry. This resistance compromises innovation performance, negatively impacts client goals. One of key reasons for relatively poor performance scepticism about potential benefits innovation, particularly among small medium-sized businesses. paper investigates links between project with a view demonstrating that can be achieved. It offers case study evidence tangible, monetary based on studies in Australian undertaken 2003. concludes discussion distribution impact incentive structures. In future research results will interpreted more widely, undertaking comprehensive integrative analysis existing academic literature benefits.
