摘要: Background This comprehensive meta-analysis aimed to combine data from different studies and estimate the association between FKBP5 polymorphisms depression. Methods We performed a of observational studies. An electronic search was conducted on four databases for articles published before July 1, 2020. Results A total 5125 patients with depression 8399 controls 16 independent were included in analysis. The results showed that rs1360780 associated risk codominant model (CT vs. CC; OR = 1.10, 95% CI 1.00-1.20, P .04); rs4713916 polymorphism (AG GG; 1.19, 1.05-1.34, .008) recessive (AA AG + 0.74, 0.56-0.99, significant rs3800373 found genetic (AC AA; 1.18, .007) dominant (CC AC 1.15, 1.03-1.30, .02); there no rs9470080 or rs9296158 any (P > .05). No publication bias observed our Moreover, sensitivity analyses demonstrated Zobel's study significantly affected heterogeneity rs3800373. Conclusions an increased model. also involved depression, positively model, related elevated
