Further north, powerhouses of Northeast Asia ? Japan, People's Republic China (PRC) and South Korea rely Southeast Asian SLOCs safe passage 80-90 per cent energy supplies from Middle East Africa, as conduits transporting manufactured goods other parts Asia, Europe beyond.
