摘要: The research described in this thesis deals with the use of cement-based carbon fibre reinforced composites for strengthening existing structural concrete. There is a large world-wide need simple and reliable methods to repair strengthen aging infrastructure buildings. cementitious offers several advantages over methods. No other work on concrete continuous high strength fibres was identified when present started 1998. At time, 2003, it still new technique very little has been internationally reported. This includes literature survey describing state art cement based composites. Due novelty no specially adapted materials are available ready In order make many small scale tests optimize composite, test beam developed. Several parameter studies have done determine how different parameters, example fineness grading cement, additives, configuration affect composite. Large ordinary beams strengthened composite used made polymer modified mortar unidirectional sheet fibres, applied by hand. Both flexural shear were tested. A relatively method measuring strains digital cameras strengthenings good result. It concluded that proven works great potential future use. Design studied evaluated. It. design formulated polymers can be also introducing an efficiency factor.
