摘要: The paper aims to diagnosis the Strategic Management practices in real estate agencies city of Santa Maria – Brazil. For this, a questionnaire was developed by authors with aid from Google Docs tool and sent through an electronic mail all agencies, which 25 responded, representing about 56.8% contacted. main finding is inefficiently structured strategic management management, includes series aspects, such as planning, indexes, SWOT analysis employees training. Although economic outlook positive for last years, if they had gotten used tools could been enjoying stronger financial position. Thus, major implication this contributed broad operation
