Three-step laser excitation of the ?, ? J = 1, 2, 3 autoionizing Rydberg levels of lead

摘要: We report here first measurements of the odd-parity J =1, 2 and = 0, 1, 2, 3 autoionizing Rydberg levels lead using a three-step laser excitation scheme in conjunction with an atomic beam apparatus. Four initial were chosen for final levels. The assignments have been made -coupling observed series , as well are reported. All exhibit constant quantum defects respect to ionization potential value . full widths at half maximum also
