摘要: A developer amount regulating member includes at least a portion for the of developer, which is made polyamide elastomer. The content dimer in elastomer decreased to less than 2500 ppm, thereby suppressing blooming oligomer component long-term use or an environment high temperature and humidity, maintaining good specularity member. Therefore, it possible prevent problem fogging due blooming, provide high-quality image.
