摘要: We propose a two-level filter system to evaluate the potential for alternative waste management practices by conversion of locally-generated products such as animal mortality, manure, and wood into beneficial energy in Tillamook county Oregon. At first level - coarse grained filter, three basic factors, technical readiness (TRL), scaling capacity, feedstock, are used initially out scanned technologies which can be potentially management. secondary fine numeric scoring model is created from output filter. Since many factors will impact selection technology, HDM (Hierarchical decision model) score technologies. From technical, economic, social, environmental perspectives, hierarchical multi-criteria factor structure created, constant-sum pair-wise comparison subjectively create priority probability list about Composting rendering hydrolysis analyzed detail. This developed strategy help mitigate local liabilities, promote green jobs, develop clean energy, reduce carbon footprint County.
