摘要: Abstract Medical patients were prescreened for depression; their physicians given the results of screening to see if such intervention altered frequency physicians' appropriate notations about depression in medical record. As part this study, and patients' global ratings patient examined relation Zung Self Rating Depression Scales (SDS) Scores record notation. On initial encounter a University General Internal Medicine Clinic, close agreement extent which felt sad or blue, these correlated significantly with self-reports on SDS. In general, tended rate as more depressed than rated themselves. However, although highly physican mood SDS scores, appeared only 70% charts where physician assessed patient's being depressed.
