摘要: We describe a case of spontaneous hyphema presentation in an infant who underwent repair tetralogy Fallot. This illustrates previously unreported cause formation from combination venous congestion caused by elevated right ventricular pressure and residual coagulopathy after cardiopulmonary bypass.
