摘要: Percutaneous aortic valve replacement is an emerging alternative to palliative medical therapy for nonsurgical patients with severe stenosis. The impossibility of repositioning the current transcatheter prosthesis in case suboptimal placement main limit these devices. Here, we report on a 84-year-old woman successfully treated implantation two 18-Fr CoreValve (CoreValve, Irvine, California), because deployment first one, analyzing procedural technique and immediate short-term clinical hemodynamic results.
